Job Eagle in ChatGPT

The current release is an instruction workflow used inside ChatGPT. It has no separate Job Eagle server, user database, payment system, or mailbox connection.

The information you choose to provide may include your resume, work and education history, skills, job preferences, target locations, language abilities, sponsorship needs, application drafts, and tracker. ChatGPT processes this information to help with your requests. This plugin has no independent mechanism that sends your chats, resumes, or trackers to Thaddeus Whittle.

OpenAI processes and retains ChatGPT information under its privacy policy, applicable terms, and your account settings. Use your OpenAI account controls to manage chats and files. A request to Job Eagle support does not delete information held in your ChatGPT account.

Job Eagle in Claude

The Claude download is also an instruction workflow with no separate Job Eagle server, user database, payment system, or mailbox connection. Anthropic processes your resume, preferences, drafts and tracker when you provide them in Claude, under its policies and your Claude account settings. This skill has no independent mechanism that sends your chats or files to the publisher. Manage Claude data through your Claude account controls; a support request to Job Eagle does not delete data held by Anthropic.

Searches and applications

Job Eagle may use available ChatGPT or Claude search and file features when you request them. Search queries may contain job criteria you provide; avoid unnecessary personal details. Search providers and websites process information under their own policies.

You decide what to submit to employers. The current release does not send emails or applications. Information you submit yourself to an employer, portal, or email recipient is handled under that recipient's practices.

Optional memory and previous context

You can choose to let the AI use relevant information available through your own account memory, chats or files. This helps personalize the workflow but does not automatically share that history with the publisher or other Job Eagle users. The current packages have no Job Eagle backend receiving account history. Memory is optional and may be incomplete or outdated. Provider policies, organization administration, account controls and explicit sharing still govern access. Information you email to support is separately received by the publisher as described below.

Standalone launch list

Joining the launch list opens a prewritten email in your email app. You must send it to request signup; clicking the button alone does not subscribe you. The publisher receives your email address and message in the Gmail mailbox described below and manually maintains the launch list. This list is used only for notifications about the standalone Job Eagle launch, not general marketing.

To leave the list, email thadsgptplugins@gmail.com with “Remove me from the Job Eagle launch list.” Your address will be removed from the launch list. Ask separately if you also want the signup correspondence deleted; correspondence is handled under the retention terms below.

Support emails

If you email support, your email address, message, and attachments are received in the publisher's Gmail mailbox and used to address the inquiry. Google provides the email service and processes mailbox information under its applicable terms and privacy policy.

Support correspondence is retained as needed to handle inquiries and for legitimate recordkeeping, including ongoing disputes or legal obligations. The publisher periodically reviews correspondence and deletes personal information no longer needed for those purposes. There is no fixed deletion deadline or automated deletion system.

To request deletion of support correspondence, email the address above. Requests are assessed subject to any continuing legal or recordkeeping need. Do not send passwords, government identifiers, or unnecessary sensitive information.

This website

This is an informational website hosted through Cloudflare. Its hosting infrastructure may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information, request times, and security logs to deliver and protect the website. Provider-managed retention is governed by the hosting providers' applicable policies and settings, rather than the support-mailbox policy above.

The website uses optional Google Analytics to measure page visits, engagement and clicks on download links. Google Analytics loads only after you choose “Allow analytics.” It may use cookies and process technical information such as browser and device information, approximate location and website interactions. The publisher can view analytics reports; this does not give the publisher access to your ChatGPT or Claude conversations, resumes or trackers.

Advertising storage, advertising personalization and Google Signals are disabled in the website tag. See Google’s privacy policy. Download events measure link clicks, not completed downloads, installations or unique users. Analytics may miss visits when declined or blocked, and repeated clicks may be counted.

You can decline without losing access to any website content or download. Use “Analytics preferences” in the footer to change your choice. The website stores your consent choice and an optional owner-testing exclusion in your browser’s local storage. Withdrawing consent disables further measurement and attempts to remove Google Analytics cookies accessible on this website; it does not erase data already sent to Google. Clearing browser storage resets these preferences.

The website does not include contact forms, resume uploads or account registration. Hosting providers may use their own service or security technologies independently of your analytics choice; see Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

Your choices

Share only what is needed for your search. Manage ChatGPT or Claude data through your account, review employer privacy notices before applying, and contact support for requests about information you emailed to the publisher. Available privacy rights depend on your location and applicable law.
